Question: Do I have to
follow the template (white box) when ordering?
Answer: No, for your order we only need the delivery
address and the number of bottles ordered.
Question: How long does it take from the day you order
to delivery?
Answer: For prompt online transfers: 2 to 4 days if
there are no Sundays or public holidays (for parcels within Germany).
For offline transfer: 4 to 6 days. Also order on time.
I'm not a fan of stress and haste.
Question: Which shipping service does it ship with?
Answer: Usually with Hermes, for shipments to packing
stations with Deutsche Post (DHL).
Question: Can I also pay via PayPal?
Answer: No. We made the decision to forego PayPal for
various reasons.
Question: Do you also deliver abroad?
Answer: Yes, but the shipping costs are then higher.
We ship to other EU countries: anywhere where no customs declaration is
required.
Question: Do you also deliver cash on delivery?
Answer: In exceptional cases, shipping costs will be
higher because shipping is done with Deutsche Post and you as the customer are
responsible for the cash on delivery fees plus processing fees.
Question: Can I also collect the Essacher Luft in
person?
Answer: Of course. However, a pickup appointment must
be arranged in advance by telephone or, better yet, by email... I'm not always
on site.
Question: Do I have to order by email or is there
another way?
Answer: You can also send your order by letter. Please
use my postal address.
Question: Why do you need my phone number?
Answer: You don't have to give your number, but a
quick phone call is often helpful. The parcel service can also contact you by
telephone if you are not at home when the delivery is made. Otherwise, your
number will not be passed on and will be deleted after the deal is completed.
Question: What if my shipment doesn't arrive?
Answer: Your shipment is generally insured. You will
definitely get your money back or I will send you the shipment again. First of
all, I can reassure you: only about one in 3,000 shipments experience
irregularities when it comes to delivery/delivery.
